Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data to track progress.

You will provide direct 1:1 therapy, collaborate with a treatment team, and help develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate client records, with flexible schedules that fit your needs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
