Hidden-Light-Aba in Texas is hiring an RBT to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and to support implementation of behavior intervention plans through direct 1:1 therapy.

You will collect data, collaborate with the treatment team, assist in developing care plans, and maintain accurate client records, within a supportive environment that offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Compassionate and professional approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
