Job summary

Hidden Light ABA in Houston is seeking an RBT Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities and help implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.

You will provide one-to-one therapy, collect data on targeted behaviors, collaborate with the treatment team, and contribute to the development of personalized care. A compassionate, professional approach and prior experience are valued.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
