Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and implement behavior intervention plans. The role provides direct 1:1 therapy and data collection to track progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT Certification and bring experience with behavioral therapy techniques, compassion, and professionalism in interactions with clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.
