Hidden-Light-Aba in Texas is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and to help implement behavior intervention plans.

You will perform 1:1 therapy, collect data on targeted behaviors, and collaborate with board-certified behavior analysts to ensure consistent care. The role emphasizes compassionate, professional support and may lead to opportunities for growth within the team.
