Hidden-Light-Aba in Richmond, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with individuals who have developmental disabilities and to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.

You will collect data, report progress, maintain records, collaborate with the treatment team, and contribute to individualized care plans in a supportive environment that values flexibility, growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
