Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Westminster, MD, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, helping children develop communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training from a BCBA.

You will collect data on goals during sessions and work with families to share progress and strategies. Flexible - full-time or part-time roles available with ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
