Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings near Stallings, NC.

You'll work under supervision, collect data, and help families with strategies while receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Full-time and part-time schedules with after-school hours and weekends available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Requirements
