Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You’ll collect data, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Full-time or part-time schedules available with after-school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college psychology coursework is a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
