Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from a BCBA.

You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families, with flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles, including after-school and weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
