Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with progress updates.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have reliable transportation, and can work after-school hours and some weekends. Compensation ranges from $20–$28 per hour with flexible part-time options.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
