Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Colorado seeks an enthusiastic RBT to join our team delivering 1:1 in-home ABA under BCBA supervision. You will implement tailored treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

Responsibilities include supporting parent training goals and maintaining professional communication with families and the clinical team, providing home-based ABA services, and applying behavioral interventions to help clients achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

About The Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
