Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Northglenn, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

Responsibilities

About The Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
