Job summary

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Aurora, CO. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and collect progress data, while supporting parent training goals and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

We offer paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in Aurora, CO.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

As an RBT with Budding Futures, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications
