Bright Pathways ABA in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in the child’s home or daycare, helping build foundational social and communication skills in a warm, supportive environment that values human connection.

If you’re an RBT or willing to become one, you’ll collaborate with a BCBA, implement personalized growth plans, and partner with families to ensure the child’s progress feels meaningful, with real flexibility and competitive hourly pay of $20–$27.

Behavior Technician – Texarkana, TX (In-Home/Daycare / Part-time and Full-time position)
