Job summary

Bright Pathways in Giddings, TX is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in home or community settings, helping children build foundational skills and a more connected life.

You will collaborate with a Clinical Partner (BCBA), tailor growth plans, and support families so they feel heard and included, with flexible days and a humane, people-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be an RBT and eligible to work in the United States.
• Live near Giddings, TX with reliable transportation.
• Passionate about human-centered care rather than purely clinical metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home or community-based therapy to support child development.
• Support children during meaningful time together to build connections.
• Implement growth plans crafted by your BCBA Clinical Partner.
• Help families feel heard, included and cared for.
• Track progress using simple, participant-friendly notes.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve care and outcomes.
