Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Forney, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in home or community settings. This 1:1 role focuses on building foundational skills and a more connected life, with true flexibility in when and how you work.

You’ll collaborate with a Clinical Partner (BCBA) to implement personalized growth plans, help families feel heard, and track progress with simple tools. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be an RBT or willing to become one.
• Live near Forney, TX with reliable transportation.
• Interest in human-centered autism care and partnership with families.
