Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in clients’ homes or daycare settings. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible hours to fit family needs.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll help children build foundational skills and meaningful routines. You’ll implement growth plans, track progress, and make families feel heard, included, and supported in a human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become one.
• Live near Texarkana, TX and have reliable transportation.
• Experience or interest in working with children with autism and in-home/daycare settings.

Responsibilities
