Bright Pathways is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home or daycare settings in Texarkana, TX. Join a team that builds meaningful routines and supports families in daily life while focusing on connection and progress.

You'll work 1:1 with children, implement plans under a BCBA, and help families feel heard. Background checks apply; we welcome both part-time and full-time applicants who share a passion for human-centered care.

Behavior Technician - Texarkana, TX (In-Home/Daycare / Part-time and Full-time position)
