Job summary

Bright Pathways is seeking a Behavior Technician for in-home support in Texas, 20 hours per week, at $25-$35 per hour. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes or communities, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills to promote independence.

This role emphasizes positive reinforcement, family collaboration, and a relational approach to care, with training provided as needed. Flexible scheduling and supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Be a Behavior Technician or be willing to become one (training provided).
• Live in or near the home area and have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and clear communication with families.

Behavior Technician (In-Home / Part-time position- 20 hours weekly)

Offering $25-$35 per hour

What You'll Be Part Of

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.

Your work may include:

• Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
• Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
  Collaborating with families and sharing progress in a clear, simple way
• Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
