Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our passionate ABA team in Rochester, NH. We offer a supportive environment focused on personal growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Rochester, NH]
