Job summary

Aluma Care is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Claremont, NH. We offer 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings, guided by a BCBA. You’ll collect progress data and collaborate with families and staff to drive client success.

We provide paid training, certification assistance, flexible schedules, and generous PTO. This role supports part-time or full-time options with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: [Claremont, NH]

Skills and Qualifications
