Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA program. You will deliver 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and collect data to track progress for each client.

Responsibilities include parent training support, professional communication with families and the clinical team, and maintaining accurate records in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification with paid training provided.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.

About The Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
