Job summary

Budding Futures in Northglenn, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA therapy team under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver 1:1 sessions, implement treatment plans, collect data, support parent training, and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team. We offer hourly pay, paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time roles to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or be willing to obtain one.
• Experience working with children in home or educational settings.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to client homes.

As a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making this vision a reality.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician with Budding Futures, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals

• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications
