Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Michigan City, IN is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in homes and schools, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide the 40-hour RBT training, mentorship, and ongoing supervision to help you grow in the field. You will travel to client sites and support a compassionate clinical team.

Position Overview

Majestic Care ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Compensation: $19-$25/ hour (direct care)

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services

No Experience? No Problem!

You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
