Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking caring, driven individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work directly with clients under BCBA supervision, implementing customized behavior plans and teaching vital life skills in homes and schools.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA to address each client’s specific needs and objectives.
  • Deliver one-on-one direct instruction to clients using ABA methods such as discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior management strategies.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using designated methods and tools.
  • Support clients in developing and practicing functional skills across areas like communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
  • Cultivate a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and motivation.
  • Work with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to assess client progress, adjust plans, and maintain consistency across settings.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, families, and team members, sharing relevant updates and progress reports.
  • Take part in continuous training and development to further enhance ABA skills and knowledge.
