Role Overview

RBTs are responsible for the direct implementation of individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism across all settings.

Responsibilities
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as written
  • Work directly with clients across clinic, school, and home settings
  • Accurately collect and record data during sessions
  • Follow behavior plans with fidelity and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress
  • Support skill generalization and structured programming
Minimum Requirements (Not Optional)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between settings
  • Consistent attendance and ability to follow structured plans with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training
  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong work ethic and professional communication
