Job summary

Sunray ABA in Lafayette, CO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 evidence-based therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans and collect data to track client progress.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), current RBT certification, and strong communication skills. Travel locally for sessions and collaborate with families and team members in a supportive environment with ongoing

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Qualifications
