Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC in North Ft. Worth, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician for in-home ABA services.

You’ll work 1:1 with a child with autism, implementing programs created by a supervising BCBA, running sessions that build communication, play, social skills and daily living, and recording data to show real progress. This role offers weekday hours with optional weekend work, a supportive clinical team, paid onboarding, and room to grow

North Ft. Worth, TX (76131) | Full-Time | $20–$25/hr Schedule: MTW 330-8; TH,F 5-8 option to do Saturday

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA. Day to day, that means running skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally.
