Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Frisco, TX is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to support children with special needs under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and help maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete 40 hours of paid training within 90 days of hire.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and the BACB RBT exam.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) designed by the BCBA.
• Conduct and enter daily data collection and update graphs.
• Report data to supervising BCBA and participate in ABC data collection.
• Prepare materials for sessions and implement teaching procedures as directed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data storage.
• Maintain child supervision and a safe learning environment.
• Engage with parents, staff and visitors in a positive manner.
