Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Arkansas to join our clinic team. We support one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism under BCBA supervision, with RBT certification assistance available.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm), competitive starting pay, and comprehensive benefits. Starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and certification support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Pursuing degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling
