Job summary

Texarkana Therapy Center is expanding its ABA program and is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team in Texarkana and Atlanta. RBTs will work with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and fostering development.

The ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience with children preferred. This position offers competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to actively engage with children throughout therapy sessions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic and community-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
