Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Arkansas is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a center-based ABA setting.

You’ll implement structured therapy sessions, track progress with data, and collaborate with experienced BCBAs. Training and certification are provided, with pay during training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience bonus.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to train with paid enrollment.
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working with kids.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans; training and certification paid by us.
• Cheer children on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans.
