Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building programs, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team focused on positive outcomes for children with Autism.

The role emphasizes flexible, part-time scheduling, access to paid training to earn RBT certification, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues to help you grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification; training provided by BK Healthcare Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
