PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Chapin, South Carolina. This part-time role offers mentorship and growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and teams to drive progress. A high school diploma and active RBT certification are required, with local travel expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
