PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in South Carolina to work part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams in home, school or community settings. We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and pathways to advanced roles, plus benefits for full-time staff and travel mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
