Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers ongoing mentorship, hands-on ABA training, and a path to growth as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, collaborate with families and teams, and participate in team meetings and professional development. A high school diploma and active RBT certification are required, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
