Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in South Carolina for part-time positions with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans created by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence. Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA therapy, and a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
