Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Moore, SC. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth into full-time, and competitive pay.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement to promote learning, and collect data to monitor progress. Travel locally is required; benefits include paid travel, holiday pay, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
