Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time in-home ABA sessions across South Carolina. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and travel/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
