Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive progress.

The role is part-time with a path to full-time as caseloads grow; travel locally is required. Flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
