Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and work with families and clinical teams to promote learning and independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, and travel opportunities. Active RBT certification and a HS diploma are required, with potential for growth to BCBA with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand transitions, and lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
