ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time work delivering ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. You will support clients with communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, while accurately tracking progress and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACBboard is required.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, including internships or related roles.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, document session data accurately and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members; participate in trainings.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
