ABA Centers of Virginia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Richmond, VA team. Deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, helping clients acquire communication and daily living skills.

The role offers paid training, mentorship, and clear career progression, with weekend availability as needed. A pathway to RBT certification and ongoing support is provided to achieve licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (internships included).
• Availability Monday–Friday plus weekends (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
