Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Richmond, VA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with autism under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay: RBT $24.60 per hour, BT $22.25 per hour, plus referral bonuses. We offer paid training, mentorship, ABA Academy preparation for the RBT exam, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
