ABA Centers of Virginia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) in Washington, DC. The role offers part-time shifts with starting pay per hour and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
