Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) in Richmond, VA. The role offers direct client support, delivery of ABA therapy, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans.

Starting pay is $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with generous referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA. The company emphasizes paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues based on client needs.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track progress and maintain quality by documenting session data.
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
