Job summary

ABA Centers of Washington is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Kent and Renton, WA. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay is $30.00 per hour for RBTs with active BACB certification, with CBT options through the WA Department of Health, and final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Full-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• 6+ months of relevant ABA experience (including internships).
• Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
