Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Washington, DC is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT). Starting hourly rates are $24.60 for RBTs and $22.25 for BTs, with referral bonuses of $500 for RBT and $5,000 for BCBA.

Qualifications

Must have a High school diploma or GED.
6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Track progress, document session data, and maintain quality.
Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
