Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia, located in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT). The starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with referral bonuses of $500 for an RBT and $5,000 for a BCBA.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required).
6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Track Progress & Maintain Quality
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
